Workspace Manager includes a Hospitality and Audio Visual Equipment booking system, to enable your staff or Facilities Management Teams to reserve refreshments, and specialist AV equipment at the time of booking a meeting room, conference room, or desk. Food and beverages can also be ordered as separate items, for delivery to your desk or private office.

Catering Menus may be specified and priced by location, in a currency of your choice. Specific ordering rules such as minimum order quantities and lead times, are all configurable by item and/ or location. Any preparation or clean up time that is required, will automatically be added to your resource reservation at the time of booking.

For internal charging, Cost Centres may be validated and items that are subject to confirmation, may be authorised by the Catering Manager prior to sending the request confirmation. Workspace Manager will inform Catering Service Providers of your requirements, and will monitor actual delivery time to record any deviation from specified Service Level Agreements.

Audio Visual Equipment

These days, most meeting facilities are fitted with basic Audio Visual equipment as standard. However, there are always occasions when an extra flip chart or data projector may be useful. Workspace Manager has its own inventory module, so you can request additional equipment when required. The additional time needed, to set up and dismantle the equipment, will automatically be added to the start and end time of your meeting.

Separate inventories may be created for different buildings or shared across an entire campus, and charging may be controlled on an hourly, half daily, or daily basis.
